[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Annual maintenance of water filter-aqua-guard | |||||
Had paid in full (Rs.2840) for 2 years of amc for my aqua-guard water filter. The company only did one service while the time i gave them the money and have never returned since then. The amc period was from 3.6.14 to 2.6.16.in the mentioned period i have called the eureka forbes guy several times. He kept saying that they cannot service our filter because they do not have the filter cartridges in stock. I had also called on there help line several times ([protected]). They would ask the local guys to visit us. Which they did once. But they did not service the filter and gave the same excuse of not having the parts in stock to do the service. In-spite of paying the money in advance i did not get the service i should have got. Not even after repeated followups. Now when i called the eureka forbes helpline for the same problem i was shocked to hear their answer. Now they say that i will have to pay for the service again because my contract period is over. Whose fault is it? Mine or theirs and why should i pay again, when i have already done so. Was this information helpful? | |||||
