[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Apathetic service | |||
We have an aquaguard magna hd uv with ro at home. it has always been faulty since we bought it. but now it has been under repair for 3 days. we registered a complaint on 04-10-16 evening at around 8pm. after so many phone calls to the office they sent a technician day before yesterday. but then he told us that some adapter is faulty and so he'll get one the next morning. but nobody came. so we had call the office again some 2-3 times and by yesterday evening they sent a technician and he told us that the mother board is faulty and hence this would take atleast 3 days to replace as many had the same problem and that they do not have sufficient number. and now, even today[protected] the problem is not rectified. now they have even stopped picking our calls. all this is happening with us making a special request for speedy resolution of the problem since we have a 1 year old baby at home. apathetic people. our customer id is [protected]. we would like to get a replacement of the device as a whole as this is the 10 th time we are raising a complaint and the 2nd time for the same mother board problem.
