I have bought Aquaguard Active Copper from the company directly. However, I got a call for AMC and I did AMC with Aqua Care. Later some one from Aquaguard called me for AMC and they told me that, Aqua Care is not from Eureka Forbes, but they are authorized dealer. So, my question is how Aqua Care got my number and product details, unless it is provided by Euroka Forbes. The person who came to change the filters was very fishy. I am not sure whether he changed the filters with new ones, as I was busy with a meeting. He was taking the old filter even after I asked him leave it. When I confronted him, he had no excuse. I asked him to open the filter and show me the filters are new. But the filters he changed had no date/time on it. Now after few months, the filter is showing red light, they are not even registering the complain.
Euroka Forbes should take the responsibility of this and correct the situation. For now, they should attend to my filter;s problem. Was this information helpful? |
