I bought my product in April, and the installation happened later. Since then, the product makes a weird clicking noise and the water doesn't come out. Even when it does, the TDS is not correct. This is an MTDS product, so the TDS was set at the time of installation, but the TDS controller valve is also faulty.
I have made 2 complaints about this, once in May and one on June 11th [[protected]] but the complaint is not being actioned.
I have called upwards of 20 times and have been waiting, without any resolution. This seems like the Service center knows about the error, and is ignoring on purpose so they don't have to bear cost to fix. Was this information helpful? |
