It is with great disappointment that I'm writing this. It has been only 3 months since I bought a water purifier. Now there is some issue with the sensor. I informed the customer care on 14th Jan 2022 and the very next day someone came to check it. It has been a week and the issue has not yet been resolved. It is such unprofessional approach, telling us they will fix it the next day. The customer service of this company has really gone to the dogs.
