Dear sir/ madam,
It is with great disappointment & dissatisfaction that i'm writing this mail to you. We had purchased aqua guard purifier last month & since then it has stopped working twice. We are buying mineral water from last 15 days since your service team is incapable to support the customers on time & inspite of repeated followups & calls fail to deliver service which the customer expects from such a well know brand.
I had even written to ms. Vinath hegde
(Head crm) but have not received any response till date.
With this i demand the current equipment be replaced with a new one & reimburse complete amount we have spent on mineral water.
In case i don't receive your feedback by today, i will be left with no other option but to go public & consumer court for redressal. Was this information helpful? |
