Customer code is [protected], We bought this machine on last DEC (19th DEC 2013),
water taste is not good and giving throat infections and catching cold. Couple of time they changed Filter but its same, issue is not resolved. If we lodge complaint they take two months to attend and now a days there is no response. I have raise multiple complaint . My money is gone waste, this machine costs Rs.18000 .
Previously we were using purifier which cost Rs.10000 and was working fine . We trusted Eureka Forbes but now they are disaster .
