I have the service warranty paid and the service is very bad and no one taking care of the request. I have to wait at least 3 weeks of time to resolve my purifier issues. This is the 3rd time I am waiting from 2 weeks to resolve the issue. I have raised a request for smell in water on 2nd March 2023 and today it’s 19th March still no technician reached us. This is same from last 3 services. I have escalated many times in the app but no one taking care of it. I have a feeling choosing the Eureka Forbes I have done done a big mistake. Very very very worst service and worst maintenance and worst management.
