I had a complaint [protected], about the taste of the water which is very raw. I changed the candle on 1/6/2017 for rs950 from you guys only but still i'm getting the same raw taste. After 4 days your technician visited and he told me that my water purifier can only change the water taste to a certain level of 300 but the direct water which is coming from the supply is more than 300 so it can't change. I was very shocked to hear that because then how come before the water taste was good. I am very much disappointed and upset with eureka.
