I recently purchased Aquaguard absolute water purifier on 7th November 2022 . We received initially a faulty product which did not had hot water functionality . The faulty product was replaced with a newer one .
We used the newer product for two months and we faced water filtration problems with the product as the tds level was too low to drink .The tds level ranges between 10 and 20 . Old people had joint pains, acidity problem as the water lacked all essential minerals .
I spoke to the aquaguard customer care team on WhatsApp and I came to know that we were delivered a product with a different serial number which does not exists in their record .
So I raised a complaint on 6th feb 2023 regarding faulty product with a different serial number has been sent to my home to Aquaguard customer care team and I requested them to take their product back and do the 49000 rupees refund immediately .
47000 rupees is the actual product cost
1300 rupees for pre filter
700 rupees for petrol charges took by technician to install the product
The Aquaguard customer care team has registered a complaint but no action has been taken till now . I called them on regular basis and explained my problem . I was told that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible, but I am waiting since one month for Aquaguard to take their product back and do the refund .
I request consumer complaints to take action severe against Aquaguard for sending faulty product and delaying the product refund .
