I have a Aqua guard AG Neo and also have an AMC. I have registered a complaint twice that my AG NEO is not working and every time they told me that technician will be visiting in next 4 hours(Complain No:[protected].My AMC details:Receipt No:[protected] valid from 23/12/[protected]/12/2015. Its been 3 days now and still they are saying technician will visit as soon as possible. Hoping for a quick positive action from your side. Partha Sanyal [protected]
