[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard -- AMC -- Improper response to service queries | |||||
I have an active AMC with Eureka Forbes for Aqua Guard. Customer ID : [protected] As per AMC they give 3 free service. I am calling them last 2 weeks continuously but ao far they have not come for service. It's only 3 mths and already the taste has turned bad. Very bad product and money minded business. Everytime I call customer care they assure me to send one soon but no one turns up. I am fed up of calling. All my family members are sick because of drinking aquaguard water. I am going to file a law suit. Very bad business model. Can the respective responsible people take action on Eureka Forbes ? Was this information helpful? | |||||
