I had purchased and online AMC on 16.2.2023 under which i am entitled to free filter change. I have raised a request for service along with filter change on 12.3.2024, request number - CM[protected].
Till date the aquaguard service person has not called or come for the service. I have complained and escalated multiple time both online through Eureka Forbes call center but there is no change in status.
I think there might be some fraud going on with aquaguard dealers who do not want to honor online AMC's. I would request Eureka Forbes to send a service person to replace the filters or refund my AMC money. Was this information helpful? |
