I booked a new acqua guard machine in exchange of old and paid Rs.1000/- as advance on[protected]and my sales order number was generated being [protected]. Pursuant thereto i made a further payment of Rs. 12990/- on[protected]. According to the said scheme of buy back the old machine was to be picked up by the Company from my residence and Rs.1000/- was to be refunded to me. I say that the new machine was installed on or about[protected], however the old acquaguard machine has not been picked up from my residence till date neither the promised 1000Rs being paid to me. I made atleast 2 dozen complaints and recorded that it is a very tedious job to follow up for 1000rs more so to keep the old acqua guard machine safely at home so that thereafter they shouldnt be blaming that we have damaged it. However all my complaints have fallen on deaf ears and now i have no other option but to file this complaint to Your goodself.
