I have a aquaguard classic water purifier, for which a service contract was entered into for three years effective from 31.01.16 to 30.01.19. Payment of 3880 was made. Customer code is [protected]. Receipt no.[protected].
For the last two years they have not provided any service. My repeated e mails have gone unanswered.in fact the mails have not even been acknowledged. I never expected such behavior from eureka forbes and am feeling having been cheated. Will eureka forbes check up and take immediate action. Was this information helpful? |
