I had purchased a water purifier on their december offer, where they said they will provide me a watch and a scratch card. The purifier is installed and working and also the watch has arrived. BUT THE SCRATCH CARD HAS NOT YET ARRIVED. It's been 2 months now but customer care guys tell me to email them again and again. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
