I am sorry to say, I had the worst experience of my life accepting your AMC.My water purifier is not functioning since September 3rd 2017. I have been calling the Customer care department every alternate days (and daily from last couple of days), each time I have been given the assurance that the technician will visit today or at max by 12:00 PM tomorrow. But No technician is visiting at all. In these 15 days, only once a technician visit, his name was Mr Sunil Jain, he checked the product and said that some parts needs to be replaced, after that, we haven't seen him at all, Everytime I call the customer care to escalate that, I came to know that the ticket was closed, I am not sure, what all processes you and your company are following. The tickets are getting closed without any technician visit and without confirming with the customer who has logged the complaint. Was this information helpful? |
