I purchased an high water RO of Eureka Forbes make from a reputed dealer in Pune ( M/s Priya Electronics) The RO was purchased on 26.09.17 as was required for my aged parents.

The purifer has umpteenth complaints and has been dissembled 6 times of the purchase. Service technicians from the local franchisee are helpless as they are unable to fix the repairs. Though I have escalated the issue to Sr. Management ( Mr. Deepak) but its of no use as the service is beyond his control.

Have decided to discard the said product and return it back to the dealer. though it is one of the best product but is totally let down by the service team of the company...

I have threatened them legal consequences but the team dam cares.
