The complain lodged on 18/04/2016 at about 10am.Complain No.86662436. Request service center and customer care several times. 72 hours going to be passed. E mailed to C/C on 20/04/2016 request to solve the problem. Nice reply from CC but no action.The probem is whille swithon the red light beeping no filtration start. Company sales promotion policy is highly appreciable but after sales service is too poor and compel the complainant to demand for compensation for delay in service .Even I have asked to produce the goods in question to your CC for immediate solve, but they denied.This a goods which needs immediate service. Service station is 6 km from the complainant.Complainant taking as much as request and called CC and other person related to the aquagard atleast 20 times on mobiles and land line on dt.20/04/2016.
