[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard - extremely pathetic and poor service | |||
To consumer forum, My cust id is [protected]. My aquaguard neo machine is not working and my service request has been pending since 13th july, from there i am doing follow up for last 20 days and no one is still bothered to resolve this. I took no of area manager and talked to him as well, got the answer from last 3 days that it will be resolved today but yet no one has come to see that. I dont want to continue with aquaguard product and amc, and i have requested for the amc refund, on which i got answrer that this can't be refund. Please arrange refund of my amc.
