I took an AMC for two years on first week of September 2016 for my Geneus Model by paying 8480 rupees. The very day the technician replaced the filters. Since then the water taste changed totally. I complained, for that the technician visited and told me that one of RO membrane got damaged and he will replace the same after they get the stock. After my repeated complain he brought a membrane without seal or cover and replaced it. But the water taste remained the same. And I am after them since then but no one is attending our case. I need my AMC money back. I am from Coimbatore. My last complained request number is [protected]
