Raised a complaint with eurekha Forbes call center for the aquaguard geneus dx water purifier is not working on 26th June 2021. It beens 5 days and no response from the service team. Problem was escalated multiple times and still no response. I feel like Kent after sales service is good and performance is good. I am collating all the communications and evidences I have and planning to lodge a case in consumer court for causing mental illness and loss of time due to their pathetic service support.
