Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard Geneus+ Erratic & poor mtce. service

The mtce. services provided are poorest and I am yet to come across any other organization which could match their acumen in this regard. I had purchased Aquaguard geneus in September-2016 and my customer ID is [protected]. Since then, the machine was under AMC till October2020. I had lodged one complaint on 19th August, 2020 on [protected]@eurekaforbes.com which was neither acknowledged nor attended to. The issue was deliberated in detail on company
