Eureka Forbes — aquaguard geneus not working want replacement | |
I am gayatri mohapatra, customer code: [protected]. I had purchased on aquaguard geneus+ water purifier on 09/11/2019. After lapse of two and half months of installation the product developed problem (Water was gussing/overflowing from the top of the machine. I had lodged complaint/service request online with eureka forbes on 29/02/2020. On 02/03/2020 service engineers fixed the problem but after a few hours same problem reoccured and i had lodged complaint again on 03/03/2020. The problem was fixed after several attempts by the service engineers on 05/03/2020. After a gap of one month same problem reoccured on 06/04/2020 and i had lodged a complaint on 07/04/2020 and requested for replacement of the machine by e-mail and over phone. But it is a matter of regret that neither i have received a reply to my complaint nor received a messege in this regard. Please be informed that i have invested rs.25, 000/- for purchase of aquaguard geneus+ and i have been facing problem from the product. I feel that i have made a bad investment and apprehend that one defective machine has been supplied to me by the company being fully aware that this product is defective. After investing rs.25, 000/- i have been subjected hardship in getting pure water and remaining in mental stress since last two months. I request for immediate replacement of the product or refund of rs.25, 000/- (Cost of the machine) without any further loss of time. Was this information helpful? | |
