As per the mandated request(25th Jan 2024), technician arrived for the service. Until then product was working fine, but when he opened the product for checking I think he damaged the product and said that there was mother board issue and purifier was not taking power.
Based on his request, I've raised a complaint again on 27th Jan 2024 and has been raising request through calls and mails on a daily basis, but there has been no update yet and the issue is still persistent.
I've been denied access to safe drinking water which is a basic necessity for us and I'm spending 85/- on a daily basis from 10 days for purchasing water can, due to their lack of accountability and timely grievance redressal.
I need my issue to be resolved or need a complete refund of my AMC amount i.e 5650/- or else I'm gonna move the consumer forum against Eureka Forbes
