AMC valid until 7th July 2025
As per the mandated request (25th Jan 2024), technician arrived for the service. Until then product was working fine, but when he opened the product for checking I think he damaged the product and said that there was mother board issue and purifier was not taking power.
Based on his request, I've raised a complaint again on 27th Jan 2024 and has been raising request through calls and mails on a daily basis, but there has been no update yet and the issue is still persistent.
I've been denied access to safe drinking water which is a basic necessity for us and I'm spending 85/- on a daily basis from 10 days for purchasing water can, due to their lack of accountability and timely grievance redressal.
I need my issue to be resolved or need a complete refund of my AMC amount i.e 5650/- or else I'm gonna move the consumer forum against Eureka Forbes
