Within a year of purchase, 10-12 time service done. Since 1 year the unit is having issues. Complaint was attended after 10-15 days. Now the service engineer is saying that the filters are damaged, and you need to pay extra for the same. Need urgent solution for the issue.
The unit is not working from last 3 months.
Service Engineer attended the calls : Mr.Hemant Patel, Mr.Mukesh Patel & Mr.Udhishtir (Sales executive) told us not to use RO for 3 months, call us after 2 months, our technicians will visit. Now they are saying that I need to pay extra for service, filter and other parts.
The unit is still under warranty.
