[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard magna uv not working | |||
I have purchased a magna uv unit no. [protected] for rs. 12990/- on dated 22/03/2017 from s. K. Enterprises, chakradharpur, west singhbhum, jharkhand, franchises of your company. After 7 days filter of the above product was out of order. I rushed to your franchisee and lodged a complain regarding non functioning of the filter. The dealer sent a person for repair who represented himself as an engineer of your company. After thorough check he assured me to change the product. But he did not change till date. I visited your franchisee on several occasion, but no avail. Please look into the matter and give necessary direction to the franchisee to change my product. Was this information helpful? | |||
