Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard not delivered | |||
I'm from Hyderabad. I bought Dr Aquaguard Geneus + more than 10 days ago online. They did not deliver the product till now and above that no one is picking up phone or responding to the request. I paid ₹22, 990 online trusting the company and now I'm not getting my product delivered. When I send them an email they called me and said they will get back to me in couple of hours after contacting logistics team and even after 2 days they did not get back to me. Their sales team were behind me while buying the product, they said there were some exclusive offers if I buy online and now after I paid they are not reachable.
