O deepa.customercare My name is Kishore and I Have raised so many complaints my purifier is not working, Since 10th July 2021 I’m following up with Support team, But issue not resolved [protected], [protected], [protected], They are saying it is pandemic situation if this is true how the people from Eureka Forbes are coming to show a demo and to sell other products and also paid services. The executive who came to repair the purifier carried my purifier to their office 10 days ago. still my issue is not resolved.
Could you please let me know the ETA to resolve the issue.
I have called the executive many times still I haven't got any resolution
