This office has purchased a aqua guard, ro water filter vide invoice no. 401 dated 01.03.2017 from m/s aqua refined, east of kailash, new delhi. The machine is alarming since last week and we have registered a complaint with customer care no. Vide service request no. [protected] on dated 08.09.2017 and since no technician has visited. We have also reminded to your customer care no. But no response. Please send technician immediately.
