I gave given 5 complaints but still after repetitive complains still no action is been taken to replace our Aqua-guard classic model. The order form cum reciept No. is[protected]. I am facing this water problem since 1 month. I am wondering how you deal with your customers("NO RESPONSE"). The taste and odour of the purified water is very bad and is very unpleasant to drink. So, it's my kind and humble request to please take your product back and refund my money. please concern about my problem
