I have made a complaint about Aquaguard Reviva RO not working on 13th February, service request ID - CM[protected] .
The device is covered under their AMC plan.
It has been more than a week since I raised a complaint but there is no update from them on the service ticket.
Each and every day I have been calling their customer support chargeable number, the call support person varies each day and I have to repeat the entire detail about the problem and they would simply say we will update you or we will send the technician today. Everyday I am hearing this sluggish response. There is no action taken on the service request and I am buying water for my needs in spite of installing RO and AMC from Eureka forbes,
Completely disappointed with the customer support, there is no follow ups and there is no option from the customer end to escalate the issue to higher authorities. Pathetic customer service .
