My ro reviva is in the name of debabrata mukhopadhyay. Registered mobile nmbr [protected]. Address "geetobitan apartment", flat no. 201, 2nd floor, 52 jugipara road, near dakshinpara more, baguiati, dumdum, kolkata 700028. I have done renewal of amc of our ro reviva on 22nd sep'17. From that day water tank sencer is not working. Water tank is overflowing continuously. I have informed my service person immediately. He came, observed and told that, sencer is not working, he will replace the sencer immediately. But 25 days over and no action is taken by him. I have made several reminders to him, because, filtered water overflowing continuously and it's a huge loss, but till now i have not got any replacement of damaged parts.
