This is regarding a complaint number [protected]. The machine was not working properly. Output of water was very slow. It took 4-5 hours to fill up 7 liters of water. The serviceman force fully beating up the filters and making the machine work. The machine was making more sound than before. I told him to fix it but he said that the sound would stop after 2-3 days. The sound is still coming and now my machine has started LEAKING. The problem with this company is when I took paid services which costs around 250rs each, all that the service man would do, is to REPLACE and add to my bill. Now when I have taken an AMC, all they are doing is REPAIRING. This is a DISHONEST policy. The company should learn that its not appropriate to treat its consumers like this, because eventually it would lead nothing but loss. Another thing is that, when I purchased this product 3 years ago, it came with three free services. NOT A SINGLE free service was given to me. I asked the company officials about it and they said that I have been given those services. I asked if they had my signed receipts. They did not respond and ignored. I have tolerated this as I was hoping that some day the service would get better. But it has not. I would never recommend EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
