Had raised a complaint about water not filling on 4th. On 5th it was replaced but was defective. Tried calling the executive, customer care no response. New service request raised. Have been calling Customer care daily, the Manager in charge, escalated the issue, mailed the CEO too., Registered a new complaint again. But in vain. After having taken AMC for 2 years, they are refusing to fix the issue. Need to be taken to court for taking money and cheating customers. The customer service branch and Hyderabad branch are hand in glow and they are playing with us that it will be fixed for the past 11 days. Was this information helpful? |
