Purchased Aquaguard reviva on 22nd-Nov-2018 through Eureka Forbes Sales team . Order ID : #[protected] Sold To Party Customer ID: [protected] Description: Sales person confirmed that i would get a cash back of 1000/- that would be credited on my account and i can go ahead & order the product online . Product arrived, installed & didn't received the cash back, had followed up couple of times with the sales engineer & he confirmed that cash back for all the customers will be deposited by Dec-5th. Nothing happened so far & i have tried to reach him again with no response to my calls . Eureka forbes Employee Code 9087947. Also received a SMS message from the Sales rep mobile on 22nd that i will be receiving a cash back of 1000/- before i purchased the product Desirable Resolution - Process the cash back as committed into my account.
