[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard superb faulty product | |||||
Hello audience, i bought a aquaguard superb ro uv uf tds for 19000 in april 18 and in dec i called for a second service when the agent cane and said i will have to get the filters changed which will cost me 5000 cause i have consumed 6000 litres of water in 6 months. We were out of country for 2 months and how can 2 members in a family can consume 6000 litres of water. The agent who came had no clue of this aquaguard and broke the body also. I am 65 years old and i call customer call almost everyday and they say we cannot help.
