My customer id is [protected]... I bought an aquaguard superb purifier on 30/7/2016... Now it's back portion is broken from its hook and it's hanging... I can't attach it to my wall. I called ur customer care 7 times... Complaint number is [protected]... I called your representative here and waited for 25 days... He is not attending call now... Wat should i do now... This is very very bad service. We never expected this type of service. We booked a complent on 6/7/2017. we approached coustamer care services also he promised to salve the problem to day. Still the date no bady came to my home and not salved my complent.
