I Sunita Rajkumar Gupta ( Customer id [protected] & Serial No[protected] has purchase AMC for 2 years for AG TOTAL ENHANCE RO+UV WP SYSTEM which is valid from ( 28.04.23 to 27.04.25 ).
We have booked service request dt 06.01.24 against service no CM[protected] the technician Mr Amol Pawar bearing Mobile no [protected] visited our premises on 12.01.24 & said that machine inner pipeline has to be change as it is blocked & Paid charges Rs 1200/- for the same.
After that the machine slowly began to leaked & again we have placed service request on 25.01.24 against service no CM[protected] for leakage of Machine but till today 02.02.24, No technician have visited after repeated request daily. I am buying mineral water which cost me Rs 100/-per day. After paying more than 25% AMC Charges annually of the machine cost, the company is not able to provide service. The above technician daily lies that I will visit the premises today but till today no visit has been done & now disconnecting our call. So please look into the matter urgently & solve the problem & if company can’t provide proper timely service then please give return of my AMC Charges paid by me.
Note: After many Escalation of the complaint on your toll free no no action has been taken till today
