Eureka Forbes — aquaguard total infiniti water purifier | |||
I am utterly disappointed by the service provided by aquaguard under amc scheme. Six monthly service of my water purifier was due in first week of jan'20. The technicien did come but he was in a hurry and didn't even spend minutes for the service. After he left. I found that water is leaking from the filter. I called the service centre of the area and they said they would send the technicien again but he didn't come. I called multiple times and every time i get the reply that technicien will come tomorrow. But he never arrived. It's been almost a month that i've been calling the service centre but they are too casual about it. Every six months the same technicien comes for the service and on each visit he doesn't spend more than five minutes. He is always in a hurry and fail to satisfy. Is there a way to complaint about the specific technichian to the company as the area service centre people don't bother. Was this information helpful? | |||
