At the time of installation complete assurance was given of regular service and regular service reminder calls.But in actual it has become very tedious process to get in contact with the sevice person of above said product.Now it has stopped working instantly and after making a no. of phone calls, i have got no response from company side.Then what's the use of going with such huge brand names and paying such huge amounts on their products.
