I registered a complaint on Dec 8, 2015 that the pipe is leaking and we are unable to use the filter. After repeated calls, the technician came and said that the switch has to replaced but he fixed it temporarily and left.The same day due to improper repair too much pressure built up in the tank due to which the tank broke and water started to leak on the floor in the entire kitchen. After contacting them for the above issue I was told that the tank needs to be replaced. One of the supervisors said that this is a very rare issue and he would put an order for the tank and would come personally to replace the tank once it is received. Since then I had to follow up several times as we were facing trouble with potable water and so far the issue is still pending !!! and we are getting packaged drinking water from other sources.
when I call the customer service, they say that they are sending someone by the evening no one shows up. And finally when I call some of the supervisors, they try to give some local in charge's no. so that I have to follow up with them, which in my opinion is their job.I don't understand how does such a big company still exist with so many consumer complaints. This is to bring to your attention that I had lodged the complaint eight times since it's installation in June 2014 and wondering What kind of service are they providing.I lost the hope that my filter would be ever repaired fully to my satisfaction and be used for potable water continuously for at least a month without any further complaints!!!
