[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard water filter - new machine faulty | |||||
I purrchased a aqua guard superb model for about 19000 on 22nd of this month. It was installed and we followed the process of discarding the initial water. After which while they said we will get good water, the water is exactly as the bore supply and salty. We immediately called aquaguard customer line and complained and they promised that the engineer will check on it within 2 days (Even though we mentioned it needs urgent attention given its a new installation). Nobody turned up for 3 days. Called them again and complained 2 days ago, and was again promised that the engineer would call the same day, but nobody called or turned up. This is disgusting and im regretting why i went with eureka forbes. Whats the relief pls? Was this information helpful? | |||||
