Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard water not getting filled in the tank

I am using this Aquaguard since 8 months now water is not getting filled in the tank for purification. This is 2nd time that I am facing issue in last 8 months. Expecting a response from Eureka forbes team as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
