[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard water purifier - amc | |||
I have put amc for the aquaguard ro water purifier. Service due was in june and we made multiple requests for the service since june. Every time the service engineer claims "the residence is not under his service area". After 24-30 hours if we try to escalate the issue, we get the message "the service request number is invalid." We made n number of service requests calls, escalation calls and still its not done yet! We have paid the amc amount and waiting for their action endlessly. The latest service request number is [protected] which i made today. Am still getting a feeling after a wait of 24 hours, the company will scrap the request number, so making a complaint right away. I request for the refund of the amc amount if no action is taken. Was this information helpful? | |||

He came and did the service of the water purifier. Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
