I have taken amc for the aqua guard water purifier by paying rs 4190/- vide challan no. 25638897 for a period of one year from 22.12.15 to 21.12.16 and it was confirmed that 2services will be made in an year as per the amc contract. Surprisingly not even a single time your service engineer has visited for amc and several times i have called up, but no response.
Is this the way you are giving service to a customer by attending 0 times after taking amc. Pls advise me why action should not be initiated against your company through consumer court, for cheating the customer.
If there is no response from your side, i would be forced to take action against you.
