I had taken amc for 2 years by paying rs 8175/- via google pay on[protected] from aqua guard service person he had changed the 3 filters also in my water purifier.
When i booked for a new service on 03/03/2019, another service person came with his colleague and he open the purifier and told me that the previous filters installed was fake ones.
And told me that amc was not updated in the system also.
I am writing this email since am not sure who is right person and which filters are genuine. And in both cases the service person came after dialling the customer care number and its not a direct call to service person's. Since i feel there is case of fraud here, am planning to file a police case which will help to catch the faulty person here.
Meanwhile am writing to you make sure from the company perspective if something can be done
I filed an complaint no [protected] which for last 3 days when i followed up, customer care executive says will get the problem resolved and its never resolved and they close the case
Its such a shame that eureka forbes has such a low standard service. I had written to deepa. Customercare 3 times and every time the case gets closed without any actions
I want the fake filters changed and update the amc in the system or get my cash back
