[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard water purifier: bad service issue | |||||
Hello sir I have had a water leakage issue with aquaguard revive water purifier which was raised on october 6: [protected]. Then a executive from aquaguard visited on october 8 mr karunakar reddy from hyderabad who checked the leakage and spoilt it again with more leakage near the water tank. I followed up everyday with call centre unit with complaints october 9 [protected] and oct[protected] where i was told by sethu, rithika, liaqat ali, dipesh and suresh from call centre that a senior officer will attend but till date no one turned up. I have paid amc every year and my unit is covered in amc as well. It is unfortunate that consumers like us are taken for granted and service is not provided timely. I have a baby at home who is 2 year old and does not have enough water supply and been spending money for mineral water since last few days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
