Contacted Eurohelpline on11th Oct.for service. Service request No.[protected]. Allotted to technician Mr, Kiran on17th Oct. Didnt turned up. Again they allocated to technician Mr.Dhanesh on21st. Technician didnt turned up. Reminded again. But to my surprise they send a message "Your service request has been completed by service technician Dhanesh - Eureka Forbes" on 24th.
